Basic Policies


  • Service Hours: Our services are available Monday through Thursday 8am-4pm CT, and Friday through Sunday 9am-2pm.
  • Ordering Process: Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to desired delivery time. Orders within 24 hours are subject to an additional $25 fee.
  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards.
  • Delivery Area: We deliver to locations within 30 miles of Pensacola, FL.
  • Holidays: We do not deliver on major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving). We may have limited hours on the days before the holiday (such as Christmas Eve). Please check availability on our booking forms for complete hours.

Pricing Policy


  • Transparent Pricing: Our pricing is transparent and includes any applicable fees or surcharges. We charge $60/hr for the first 3 hours for all services. After 3 hours, we charge $75/hr. Please see our pricing page for full pricing policy.
  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for special requests or deliveries outside of standard service hours. Holiday shopping may be subject to additional fees. Last minute orders within 24 hours are subject to $25 fee.
  • Gratuity: Tips for our delivery drivers are appreciated but not required.


Alcohol Policy


  • General Alcohol Policy: Since we deliver to your accommodations before you arrive, you must upload a valid ID matching the name of the booking in order to deliver alcohol and fill out the alcohol waiver upon booking. Otherwise, alcohol will not be delivered.
  • Age Verification: Customers must be of legal drinking age (21 years or older) to order alcohol.
  • Identification: Valid drivers license or other valid ID (not expired) must be uploaded at time of ordering.
  • Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse delivery of alcohol to those unable to provide valid identification.

Rental Policy


  • Delivery: Rental items will be delivered at your location at your specified time. The rental limit is 5 days unless additional days are purchased.
  • Pricing: Rental items are priced for up to 5 days. Contact us for additional days. See pricing page for full pricing breakdown.
  • Damages: If items are damaged, you are responsible for full retail price of the item.
  • Return: Rental items should be placed outside of your door at 10am of the morning of checkout. We will pickup the items.

Cooking Policy


  • Ordering: Please view our menu here and choose from our items or request a family favorite of your own.
  • Allergies: Please alert us of any and all allergies (even if you don't think it's relevant to the requested dish!) for everyone in your party. You are responsible for letting us know of any allergies.
  • Cooking: We will shop for your order, head to your location, put away the items, and prep the meals for your arrival. All cooking is done before you arrive at your location.

Distance Policy


  • Delivery Radius: Our delivery service covers a radius of 30 miles from our location in Pensacola.
  • Outside Service Area: Deliveries outside of our designated area may be subject to additional charges or may not be available.

Cancellation Policy / No Entry


  • Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 5 days with no fee.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No Entry: In the event that the delivery address is inaccessible, additional delivery attempts may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
  • Cancellation of Groceries: You are responsible for cancelling your grocery order in addition to our services if you ordered groceries to be picked up from one of our preferred partners. Your grocery order will not be cancelled by cancelling your services with us.

  • How does My Destination Vibes work?

     It's simple! Just place your grocery order online or over the phone, specifying your desired delivery date and location. Our team will handle the rest, picking up your groceries and delivering them directly to your accommodations.

  • What areas do you deliver to?

    We deliver to locations within a 30 mile radius of Pensacola, including hotels, condos, and Airbnbs. These areas include Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, Pace, Perdido Key, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach.

  • Can I customize my grocery order?

    Absolutely! You can specify your preferred brands, quantities, and any special requests when placing your order. Our goal is to accommodate your needs and preferences to the best of our ability.

  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?

    We recommend placing your order 5 days prior to your desired delivery date to ensure availability. However, we understand that plans can change, so we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Orders within 24 hours of delivery are subject to a $25 fee.

  • What are your service hours?

    Our service hours vary, but we typically offer delivery between 8am-4pm Monday-Thrusday and 9am-2pm Friday-Sunday. Please check our website or contact us for our current operating hours.

  • Is there a minimum order requirement?

    There is no minimum order requirement. However, pricing varies based on the amount of the order. Please see our pricing page for full details.

  • What happens if I need to cancel or modify my order?

    You can cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery time for a full refund or adjustment. Late cancellations or modifications may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.  Modifications to orders will vary depending on our preferred partners policies.

  • Do you deliver alcohol?

    Yes, we offer alcohol delivery to customers who are of legal drinking age (21 years or older) and can provide valid identification at time of order.
