With a degree in Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University, Micka's been in the game for over 25 years, juggling everything from running restaurants to organizing killer events. But it's not just a job for her – it's a way of life.

Raised in Kentucky, Micka's all about that down-home charm. She's all about spending quality time with loved ones, whether it's over a backyard BBQ or a cozy dinner party.

Meet Shannon – a Pensacola local for four years, sharing life with her fiancé and two furry companions. With over 25 years in hospitality, she's navigated roles from bartending to restaurant management, always ensuring guests' needs are met.

While her degree in drafting didn't stick (she's not one for sitting still without a chat), her passion for architectural photography led to a cherished bachelor's degree. When not capturing moments, Shannon's knee-deep in house flips or managing their thriving handyman business.

Growing up in Iowa, Shannon loves meeting new faces, and she thrives on connections. Beach days, culinary adventures, and jet-setting to new locales are her joys. Travel and photography fuel her soul, inspiring her to explore the world's wonders.
